IMPORTANT NOTE on MOVIE SCREENINGS
YOU will be responsible for obtaining the FULL RIGHTS to screen any and all movies you wish to show. This must be done well in advance of the screening, and usually does cost money. Due to legal liability issues, Old Town Theatre requires a PRINTED invoice through a recognized film licensing agency or a letter of approval for showing from the appropriate film studio before your film can be shown. We recommend that if you are an individual, you allow us to order your movie through one of our film purveyors, or if you are an organization, that you set up a short-term rental account with either Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. or Criterion Pictures, USA.
