Marquee Rental Application

This form must accompany all requests for marquee leases. Please fill out all required fields and submit to secure a date for your marquee posting. We will contact you by phone or e-mail when we receive your request. (We reserve the right to refuse any lease for content we judge to be potentially illegal, unethical, controversial or offensive. We further reserve the right to refuse leases for dates when performances are scheduled at the theatre.)

Rental term is one day prior to the event, and the day of the event; (approximately 36 hours per date)
You must reserve the marquee (submit this form to the theatre) at least TWO WEEKS prior to your preferred rental date(s);
The marquee may be rented for personal messages, (anniversary, birthday, marriage proposal) however, we are not at liberty to display any message that may be deemed politically or religiously persuasive in nature.

Pricing

Marquee sign (left or right section only) $50 minimum, plus $.50 per letter for any message of 25 characters or more; (spaces count as characters)
Marquee sign (center section only) $75 minimum, plus $.50 per letter for any message of 30 characters or more: (spaces count as characters)
Marquee sign (full front marquee) $100 minimum, plus $.50 per letter for messages of 50 characters or more; (spaces count as characters)
Marquee sign end caps are not available for rental.

Text Requirements

Text for Center, Left or Right Marquee – Three lines of text, 25 characters per line maximum; (spaces count as characters)

Text for Full Front Marquee – Three lines of text, 75 characters per line maximum; (spaces count as characters)

No offensive, vulgar or profane content allowed ;
No international characters available ;
Due to a limited number of letters, we may need to edit or abbreviate your text;
Payment to Old Town Theatre is due in full at least three (3) days prior to marquee posting;

I understand that this signature is required only to confirm my identity, and in no way entitles me or holds me responsible for marquee leasing at the Old Town Theatre. I understand that I will be contacted by a representative for Old Town Theatre regarding all lease arrangements and messaging and that I will receive confirmation of application in the form of an estimate/invoice for payment. I further understand that I am subject as a lessee to all rules and requirements outlined in this form, and that my lease may be refused or cancelled for non-payment or any submitted message that is deemed inappropriate by Old Town Theatre.
